2. Order Processing

Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Must be returned within 30 days from the date of receipt.

  • Must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging, tags, and accessories.

  • Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or email confirmation) must be provided.

Note: Some items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)

2. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at info@medixfire.com or use our website’s contact form to request a return authorization. Include your order number, the item(s) you want to return, and a brief explanation for the return.

  2. Receive Return Authorization Number: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to proceed.

  3. Return the Item: Carefully package the item(s) with all original packaging, tags, and accessories. Write the Return Authorization Number on the outside of the box and send it back to us at [Insert Return Address].

Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

3. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 30 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • If you received free shipping on your order, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund.

4. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please follow the return process and place a new order. We will process your return and refund once we receive the returned item. Please note that exchange availability depends on stock.

5. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at info@medixfire.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and pictures of the damaged product. We will provide you with a return shipping label and arrange for a replacement or refund.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please first check your bank account or credit card statement. If you still haven’t received your refund after several business days, contact us at info@medixfire.com.
