1. Return Eligibility
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return:

2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to:

Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, etc.)

Health and personal care items (e.g., toiletries, cosmetics)
If an item falls into the non-returnable category, it will be clearly stated on the product page or at checkout.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

Contact Us: Email us at info@medixfire.com or use our website’s contact form with your order number and the item you would like to return. We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and further instructions.

Pack the Item: Ensure the item is in its original packaging with all tags, accessories, and parts included. Please include the Return Authorization Number on the outside of the package.

Ship the Item Back: Once you’ve received the Return Authorization Number, you can ship the item back to us at 336 Central Park W, New York, NY 10025. Please note that you are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 30 business days.

If you received free shipping on your order, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds may take several business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, please contact us at info@medixfire.com with your order number and the issue, and we will guide you through the process.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at info@medixfire.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damaged or defective item. We will arrange for a return, replacement, or refund based on your preference.
7. Sale or Discounted Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items or items purchased with a discount may be eligible for store credit or exchange only.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first check your bank account or credit card statement again. Then, contact your credit card company or bank, as there may be a delay in processing. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@medixfire.com.
9. Shipping Fees
Unless your return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong or damaged item), you will be responsible for return shipping fees. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns over a certain value, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
